All rates based on a 3-month minimum moorage agreement. Short-term guest moorage rates may be higher. Mandatory monthly utility fee includes water, trash, recycling and basic Wi-Fi service. Slip-side concierge pump-out service provided to tenants free of charge.
It's easy to become a member of the Foss Harbor community! All you'll need is:
- Security Deposit = 1 month’s rent + $100 damage deposit (refundable upon check-out)
- Key Deposit = $20/per key deposit (refundable upon return)
- Pro-rated 1st month’s moorage
- Completed and signed Moorage Agreement
- Proof of liability insurance ($300,000 minimum coverage)
- Proof of ownership (title or registration) and matching photo ID
- Current photo of vessel
- Live-aboard agreement, if applicable
