Moorage Rates

Our 416 slips range in size from 26' to 96'. Whether you need a summer slip for your 20' fishing skiff or a permanent end-tie mooring for an 85' trawler, Foss Harbor Marina has the right slip to fit your space and budget requirements. Covered moorage up to 36' available. We're proud to have one of the largest live-aboard communities in the South Sound, thanks to our excellent service and extensive amenities list.

Total Monthly Moorage Charges= Moorage +Utility Fees + Electricity Used

All rates based on a 3-month minimum moorage agreement. Short-term guest moorage rates may be higher. Mandatory monthly utility fee includes water, trash, recycling and basic Wi-Fi service. Slip-side concierge pump-out service provided to tenants free of charge.


It's easy to become a member of the Foss Harbor community! All you'll need is:

  • Security Deposit = 1 month’s rent + $100 damage deposit (refundable upon check-out)
  • Key Deposit = $20/per key deposit (refundable upon return)
  • Pro-rated 1st month’s moorage
  • Completed and signed Moorage Agreement
  • Proof of liability insurance ($300,000 minimum coverage)
  • Proof of ownership (title or registration) and matching photo ID
  • Current photo of vessel
  • Live-aboard agreement, if applicable

*Moorage agreements are on a month-to-month basis.
